Job description

Sourcing & Attraction

  • Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-volume candidates (job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs)

  • Manage postings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, OCC, Computrabajo, etc.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring contact center roles

Recruitment Process

  • Conduct initial screening calls and video interviews

  • Apply psychometric and skills assessments relevant to customer service profiles

  • Evaluate soft skills such as communication, empathy, problem-solving, and stress tolerance

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and operations leaders

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment journey

  • Communicate clearly and timely with all candidates regarding process status

  • Represent the company's culture and employer brand during every interaction

Metrics & Reporting

  • Track and report key recruiting KPIs: time-to-fill, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, attrition in early tenure

  • Analyze sourcing channel effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Maintain accurate records in our internal systems (Buk, Notion, etc)

 Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Operations to anticipate hiring needs

  • Align with Managers on profile requirements and headcount planning

  • Participate in calibration sessions to refine candidate selection criteria

Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure all hiring documentation is complete and compliant with local labor regulations

  • Manage offer letters, background checks, and pre-employment requirements

  • Support onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR

Job requirements

Key Skills Required

  • High-volume recruiting experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Data-driven mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

  • Knowledge of contact center operations is a plus

  • Advanced English
