About the Role:
We are looking for a System Analyst to translate business requirements into technical solutions, define API integrations, and model processes using BPMN and UML. You will support the development lifecycle, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with Technical Support to resolve complex incidents. Strong analytical skills, SQL knowledge, and English proficiency are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical requirements and specifications; participate in solution architecture design
- Define and document integration contracts (REST APIs, JSON schemas)
- Model and visualize business processes and data flows using BPMN and UML (Sequence, Activity diagrams)
- Decompose initiatives into actionable development tasks; write User Stories / Use Cases and define acceptance criteria
- Support the development lifecycle: answer team questions, participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning
- Maintain and update the knowledge base (Confluence) to ensure documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with Technical Support: assist in resolving complex incidents (3rd line support) and participate in root cause analysis
Job requirements
• English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation
• At least 2 years of experience as a System Analyst (preferably in product development or system integration environments)
• Strong understanding of REST API principles (HTTP methods, status codes, headers, idempotency)
• Hands-on experience with API tools such as Swagger and Postman
• Solid SQL knowledge (ability to write complex queries with JOINs; understanding of PostgreSQL database structure)
• Ability to create clear and structured diagrams using BPMN and UML notations
• Strong technical documentation skills (technical requirements, specifications)
Nice to Have:
• Experience working with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Background in banking, fintech, or e-commerce
• Understanding of microservices architecture principles
