About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager who can build robust financial models, analyze complex scenarios, and translate data into strategic business decisions. This role is key to guiding the company in matters of growth, efficiency, and resource allocation. You will work directly with leaders, investors, and the executive team, driving a strong, impact-oriented financial vision.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build advanced financial models: revenue, expenses, cashflow, and long-term projections.

  • Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses.

  • Evaluate investment opportunities.

  • Participate in the budgeting process.

  • Optimize costs and improve internal efficiencies.

  • Develop dashboards and reports with key KPIs.

  • Present financial insights to executives and investors.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • MBA or Master’s degree (preferred).

  • 3–5 years of experience in fintech, banking, or startups.

  • Advanced English.

  • Mastery of advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI; Python is a plus.

  • Experience with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Odoo.

  • Analytical thinking, executive clarity, and strong stakeholder communication.
