🎯 About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for maximizing the performance of our acquisition campaigns (web and app) through deep analysis, continuous optimization, and a clear vision of how each action translates into real results: more users, lower CAC, and higher LTV.
Your role will be technical, tactical, and strategic at the same time: from auditing tracking and pixels to proposing a testing roadmap and scaling what works.

  • Solid experience (3+ years) in performance marketing focused on acquisition, managing strong budgets, and optimizing for business results.

  • Mastery of the full funnel: from awareness to retention, with a special focus on conversion and profitable acquisition.

  • Advanced knowledge of metrics and optimization: CAC, ROAS, CTR, approval rate, pacing, saturation, etc.

  • Experience in tracking and attribution (GA4, AppsFlyer, pixels, events, UTMs, MMPs).

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, advanced Excel; SQL preferred).

  • Ability to lead conversations with agencies and stakeholders, supporting arguments with data.

  • Analytical, structured profile with the judgment to prioritize and scale what works.

🛠️ Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize high-budget paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.

  • Monitor and improve key metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, approval rate, conversion rate, churn, pacing, and audience saturation.

  • Ensure proper implementation and measurement of tracking (events, UTMs, pixels, MMPs like AppsFlyer).

  • Design and prioritize a clear testing roadmap (A/B tests, creatives, audiences, channels) and measure its real impact on business KPIs.

  • Proactively detect anomalies and optimization opportunities.

  • Challenge and guide agencies: audit results, question hypotheses, and push for continuous improvement.

  • Build dashboards and actionable reports for internal and external stakeholders.
