About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Technology & Data (Martech/Data Sr Manager) to lead the integration between Marketing, Data, and Technology functions, enabling scalable growth through data-driven marketing strategies. This highly strategic role acts as the bridge between Marketing, Product, Technology, and Finance — ensuring that initiatives are technically precise, analytically grounded, and aligned with business objectives.

You will be responsible for defining the marketing data strategy, maintaining and optimizing our Martech stack, and ensuring reliable measurement across all channels. The ideal candidate is both analytical and hands-on, passionate about connecting data, technology, and marketing to drive tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate marketing needs into technical requirements in collaboration with Product, Data, and Tech teams.

  • Design and maintain a robust digital tracking ecosystem (events, taxonomies, attribution).

  • Audit and optimize Martech & Data stacks, ensuring scalability and automation.

  • Define KPIs, cohorts, attribution models, and a unified marketing measurement framework.

  • Guarantee data accuracy and consistency across funnels and decision-making points.

  • Build and lead a specialized Marketing Data team to strengthen analytical capabilities.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance marketing efficiency and ROI.

Job requirements

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience across Martech, Data Strategy, or related hybrid roles.

  • Strong expertise with GA4, GTM, AppsFlyer, Firebase, and attribution systems.

  • Experience defining and tracking key business metrics (LTV, ROAS, churn).

  • Proven success leading cross-functional projects with measurable impact.

  • Advanced English and fluent Spanish.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, or a related technical field.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with excellent communication skills.

  • Deep understanding of marketing technologies — development background not required.

Ideal Profile

  • Experienced in managing mobile and web tracking across platforms.

  • Skilled in AppsFlyer SDK setup, CRM automation QA, and event schema documentation.

  • Brings strong attention to detail, with well-documented processes and clear specs.

  • Proactive in identifying optimization opportunities and ensuring implementation quality.

Red Flags

  • Over-reliance on developers for technical translation.

  • Gaps in attribution understanding or poor tracking validation habits.

  • Weak documentation or lack of rigor in QA processes.

  • Sees Martech as a passive support role instead of a core growth driver.
