About the Role
We’re looking for a Finance Data Specialist — someone experienced enough to work independently, but still curious and eager to grow.

Your main goal will be to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across Finance, Growth, and leadership teams. On a daily basis, you’ll analyze data, build financial models, automate reporting, and explain the story behind the numbers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of financial data.

  • Build and maintain forecasting, budgeting, and scenario models.

  • Design dashboards and reports for financial KPIs, liquidity, burn rate, and unit economicss.

  • Translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Automate and optimize reporting processes to reduce manual work.

  • Partner with Finance, Growth, and Data teams to answer key business questions.

Job requirements

Requiriments

  • Must-have:

    • Advanced / fluent English (daily communication and meetings).

    • 2–4 years of experience in financial analytics, data, or similar roles (fintech, banking, startup, or related environments).

    • Advanced Excel skills.

    • Strong SQL for data analysis.

    • Experience building dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar BI tools).

    • Solid understanding of financial statements, metrics, and financial modeling.

    Nice-to-have:

    • Python or R for data analysis.

    • Experience with ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).

    • ETL tools (Fivetran or similar).

    • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
