About the Role
We’re looking for a Finance Data Specialist — someone experienced enough to work independently, but still curious and eager to grow.
Your main goal will be to turn financial data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across Finance, Growth, and leadership teams. On a daily basis, you’ll analyze data, build financial models, automate reporting, and explain the story behind the numbers.
Responsibilities
Analyze and ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of financial data.
Build and maintain forecasting, budgeting, and scenario models.
Design dashboards and reports for financial KPIs, liquidity, burn rate, and unit economicss.
Translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Automate and optimize reporting processes to reduce manual work.
Partner with Finance, Growth, and Data teams to answer key business questions.
Enable real-time visibility into financial performance.

Job requirements
Requiriments
Must-have:
Advanced / fluent English (daily communication and meetings).
2–4 years of experience in financial analytics, data, or similar roles (fintech, banking, startup, or related environments).
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong SQL for data analysis.
Experience building dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar BI tools).
Solid understanding of financial statements, metrics, and financial modeling.
Nice-to-have:
Python or R for data analysis.
Experience with ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).
ETL tools (Fivetran or similar).
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
