As a Delivery Manager at NOVACARD, you will own end-to-end delivery across cross-functional product teams in a fast-growing FinTech product. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to align priorities, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

Beyond execution, you’ll help improve delivery processes and scale team effectiveness as the product and organization grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sprint delivery: Align sprint goals, monitor progress, and resolve blockers

  • Coordinate across teams: Manage cross-team dependencies and collaboration

  • Track performance: Monitor key delivery metrics such as velocity and burndown

  • Manage risks and issues: Identify, escalate, and resolve risks affecting delivery timelines

  • Communicate with stakeholders: Share clear updates and ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Drive continuous improvement: Facilitate retrospectives and implement enhancements to delivery processes

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent Russian, English – B2 level or higher

  • Experience working in the FinTech industry

  • Minimum 2.5 years of relevant professional experience in delivery/project/product management roles

  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and modern software development lifecycles

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams and time zones

  • Confident using tools such as Jira (including Structure, Plan), Confluence, Miro/Figma

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with mobile app development

  • Understanding of loyalty and engagement mechanics

  • Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and product scalability concepts
