About the Role

We are looking for a Data Scientist / Risk Analyst to join our Risk (Customer Value Management) team. In this role, you will develop and manage credit decision strategies across our POS lending and credit card products, helping us maintain a healthy portfolio while enabling data-driven growth. You will work at the intersection of data science, credit risk, and business analytics — translating financial outcomes into measurable risk signals that drive smarter lending decisions.

The role is fully remote. We welcome candidates based in Russia or other non-LatAm countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage origination strategies for POS and credit card products.

  • Design and continuously optimize decision-making strategies for application approvals and rejections.

  • Manage credit limits and related risk parameters to maintain portfolio quality and profitability.

  • Monitor and control key risk metrics (AR, PD, NPL) and evaluate portfolio risk performance.

  • Support data-driven decision-making by converting financial results into measurable risk indicators.

Job requirements

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or another analytical discipline from a leading university.

  • At least 2 years of experience in risk analysis, finance, retail banking, or fintech.

  • Solid foundation in mathematical statistics with practical application in credit risk.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python; confident Excel user.

  • English level B1 or higher (comfortable with technical documentation).
