Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the credit conveyor and anti-fraud processes.

  • Analyze errors and identify root causes of stuck applications at different stages (including scoring and anti-fraud).

  • Investigate incidents in collaboration with IT, Risk Management, the Anti-Fraud team, and Business stakeholders.

  • Support process changes and monitor post-release stability.

  • Contribute to the development of monitoring and diagnostic tools.

  • Create and maintain a knowledge base on typical scoring and anti-fraud incidents.

Job requirements

  • Experience in 2nd line IT support, preferably in banking or fintech.

  • Knowledge of credit conveyor systems or BPM/Workflow platforms.

  • Understanding of credit decision-making, scoring models, and anti-fraud processes.

  • Ability to read and analyze application logs, middleware logs, and anti-fraud system outputs.

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and incident management tools (e.g., Kibana, Grafana, Zabbix, Jira Service Desk).

  • Basic SQL skills for data analysis.

  • Ability to prepare technical incident reports and effectively interact with IT and Business teams.

  • Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on incident resolution and business process support.

  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English, both written and spoken.
